Recently PayPal users of India have reported that their recent payments have reversed by PayPal and all the money has been sent back to their respective senders. PayPal has blocked all personal payments for Indian PayPal users as PayPal has found more fraud and scams in India for its personal account with it’s business partners. But commercial payments are still working fine for all PayPal India users and there are no issues in commercial payments.
