micromax launched an amaging phone.
Micromax is not at all a consumer oriented organization . It is just selling the Chinese mobile phones with a Indian face. Just importing phones from a manufacturing plant in China and selling them without a warranty too !
They offer you a warranty and then they do not repair it at all citing various reasons for not to repair the device even within the warranty.
So, this is really very bad customer service and they are just bagging our hard-earned money and getting richer and making fat pay-checks.

Yesterday i have purshased x-550 for Rs 5050,now i want to know that any software can be added to this phone like spy call etc.
I have purchased micromax x550 but it is not giving battery backup more than 20 hours. How can i improve the battery backup. it’s only problem in this phone.
