I sent a STOP message to 543211 to deactivate HT. I got reply – Your Hello Tune service is currently unavailable due to system maintenance, sorry for inconvenience. Please try again later. So , i sent a message later again. Again I got the same reply. Think of it. These 2 messages cost me Rs.6, but didn’t serve my purpose. They are asking me to shell out money again. Why are they fleecing their customers? Don’t they wish to keep them? If they keep on doing this I’ll have to port out.
