How to add tweetmeme (Retweet) button to blogger (blogspot)

This post explains how to add tweetmeme (Retweet) button to your blogger (blogspot) blog. You might have seen tweetmeme (Retweet) button on other blogs, where visitors can Retweet your post URL to their Twitter account and you will gain some visitors, or it might create viral effect to your blog post which will gain you huge amount of traffic to your blog. Here are the simple steps to add this button -

Login to your Blogger Dashboard
Got to Layout > Edit HTML > Expand Widget Templates
Find <data:post.body/> in your template (find using Ctrl+F from your keyboard if you have trouble)

Now paste the following code after that line to appear Retweet button below the post, and paste before that line to appear Retweet button above the post. I personally prefer after post, and here is the code for the bigger regular button and small compact button, choose as per your convince and the preview of the image shown above the code -
