Many bloggers have some problem with the template images as they will show some other king of images in the template which is very frustrating to the owner of the blogspot. To be more clear have a look at the below screen shot whose blog template images have exceeded their bandwidth and showing images which say bandwidth exceeded, upgrade to pro.
Why this happens?
This happens because the template downloaded by you is used by many other people also, who have downloaded this template from same website or author as you did. In this situation your template images are used by you and many others which results in bandwidth exceed of images if your blog don’t have traffic also. Usually the blogger template creators or authors host the template images in free hosting websites like Photobucket, imageshack, tinypic, etc… and upload that template for FREE download, then many bloggers who like this template, downloads it and uses for their blog.
What is the solution?
First find out all the the images of your template from your HTML code and download them to your computer. After that create a new post in blogger and upload all the images to the new post, but dont publish the post, just save as draft and preview it. Now right click on the image and Copy Image location (for Firefox users) OR right click on the image and go to Properties and then copy the image URL from there (for internet explorer users as shown) below -
Copy all image locations similar to above and paste them inĀ a notepad and replace these image locations in respective image location in HTML code to match the template images. Be careful and remember the order or the place of the images in your template becauseĀ if your template have many images then you will be confused. If you still have doubts or questions then ask via comments.
